            3D Design Of Project
      
      From 26th to 28th I completed the 3D designing of refrigerator chamber and cooling  system. I made the design of chamber and cooling system under guidance of Jetti sir. On first day I made design of chamber. But the assembly part was remain. Then I tried to made rough design of cooling system. I also made the design of chamber in google sketch. While sketching I learned new tags like push or pull, follow me, move.

Assignment of Soil testing

  On 18th june we started working on new assignment that was soil testing. As my friend vishakha was already work in soil testing lab she introduced us all the instrument and reagent in lab. She introduced us a Mridaparikshak.Previously for testing Prerana kit was used but now a days Mridaparikshak is use.In Mridaparikshakt consist of heating plate,shaker,                        . Mridaparikshak is soil analysis kit which help in determing pH,EC,OC,nitrogen,phosphrus,iron,
zinc,potassium,boron,sulphur.After that we started for soil testing. We distributed the test inbetween us.I performed the test of sulphur and potassium in soil.We take 10 samples of soil.After taking sample we sieve it and followed the procedure as given in manual. The material used for test is as follows

         In manual separate procedure is given for determining pH, OC, EC,N, S, P, K, Zn, Fe, B.We followed that procedure and concluded a result.From that result farmer get the actual idea about nutrient content in his soil.After testing we were determine a result which is as follows

     As we got the result we conclude which nutrient have deficiency in soil and from this data we can also suggest the farmer how to increase the deficient nutrient.Suppose in soil potassium content is less then we can suggest the farmer why the potassium content is less and it will be increase as follows
 Reason for deficiency of potassium
            When we have low pH soil, we have low cation exchange capacity(CEC-the degree to which a particular soil can absorb and exchange cations), then that's associated with low K and that's sandy soil,potassium can leach out
due to precipitation or irrigation.
These soils are commonly deficient in potassium.
How to increase potassium
1.Add compost with fruit and vegetable waste.Compost is rich in nutrient
2.Bury citrus rinds directly in the soil.
3.Mix wood ash into the soil.
4.Use greensand.

Polishing and Painting of chamber

    Polishing and Painting of chamber of refrigerator

              

                Already the cleaning of project we had done.But still the chamber was fully rusted from inside and outside. Then we started polishing of chamber woth the help of polish paper. The rust was so much.Each and every part got rusted.shubham sir suggested us use grinder for removing the rust.
 The rubber insulation of doors got
damaged.We removed that rubber insulation.
               Next day komal mam told us to do painting.We made rough the surface of previously painted wall by using sand paper.After that we started to applying redoxide to wall of chamber,inside fins and trays.

      Selection and cleaning of chamber of refrigerator

              

                         At morning we all gathered together and we meet to komal mam. Then we discuss regarding project design.we want a chamber for refrigerator.Then we discuss with Ranajit sir and Dixit sir.They told ise the chamber of dryer as chamber of refrigerator. Then we saw the chamber.The chamber was too dirty.We did the cleaning of refrigerator with the help of cloth and broom.Then at night komal mam disassemble the unnecessary part.

Review of project and discussion of new project
    
         At morning Ranajit sir told us they took review regarding our projects.We all made preparation regarding our protect work.At 11am
Ranjit sir and Dixit sir carried out the review. During review we herd all projects information we got some new ideas and progress of different projects. If any one have difficulty regarding his  project then all gave him suggestion.I also asked regarding my project sir told me for fitting a new pully.
                Ranjit sir gave us a new project of preparation of refrigerator. For this project they told to work with Miss Komal madam. After completing the review we meet to komal mam and discuss regarding project and we took the basic theory behind the project.

          On 12th june at morning l meet to Dixit sir for discussing regarding project. They told me different things on which l have to work.They told me the varios things that has been roasted in roaster like groundnut,besan,rice. I searched on google about the various roasting time of food ingredients and I collected the basic information 

Solid work theory

      On 10th june theory lecture of solid work taken by Akshay sir.
Akshay sir taught us about sketching.They give assignment of drawing horizontal and vertical line in classrooom and also told us to make pratice of drawing horizontal and vertical lines.Also they taought us regarding one point prospective, two point prospective.we made practice of drawing.

Project work

        On 11th june as l already got the basic information of my project by reading the report of vipul sir l meet to vikas. Vikas had already done some work on project l discussed with him and brought information about the advance technology that he made in vipul sir project.He brought a gear box and motor from pune for reducing the rpm.I helped to vikas for fitting pulley and motor. After completing all things we took trial by filling drum by stones.

         On 9th june Rahul jetti sir introduced us a new concept of solid work.They told the basic concept as well as the features of solid work.
Then they taught us how the various designs of solid work are made.They gave the basic information of various icons that used for designing.Then they told us for design. I made a design of charger pin. All my friends made a different design like diary,pen,powerbank,spring.

First day in vigyan aashram

                         INTRODUCTION TO VIGYAN AASHRAM

Day 1:

1.On first day Supriya Madam told us about vigyan aashram and rules and regulations followed      in aashram.
2.After that we meet to Ranajit sir they told about various project in vigyan aashramand various      department in vigyan aashram viz. Energy and Environment, Fab lab, Agriculture and Human      health.
3.After that Prajkta saw us vigyan aashram and gave information about the various project that        has been done by various student in vigyan aashram
